Terms and Conditions - Bayti Fix (Client App)
By using the Bayti Fix app you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read carefully.
1. Definitions:
"Platform": the Bayti Fix app, website, and related services.
"Customer": the person using the app to request services.
"Technician": the person approved on the platform to provide services.
2. Eligibility:
You must be 18 years or older and provide accurate information to create your account.
3. Service Request:
- The customer selects the service, location, and preferred time.
- The order is confirmed once accepted by an approved technician.
- Displayed prices include VAT (15%) unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment:
- Payment is made only through methods available in the app.
- Bayti Fix is an intermediary between the customer and technician and is not liable for cash payments arranged outside the app.
5. Cancellation and Refunds:
- The customer may cancel the order free of charge before work begins.
- After work begins, cancellation fees apply based on the service type and work completed.
- Eligible refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.
6. Customer Obligations:
- Provide an accurate description of the requested service.
- Provide safe access for the technician to the service location.
- Treat the technician with respect and not request any service outside the app's scope.
7. Rating:
The customer may rate the technician after each order. Ratings must be objective and based on a real experience.
8. Prohibited Use:
- Using the app for unlawful purposes.
- Attempting to hack or misuse the system.
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating others.
- Contacting the technician outside the app to bypass platform fees.
9. Limitation of Liability:
- Bayti Fix is a technology intermediary and does not directly guarantee the outcome of the technician's execution but commits to quality standards and follow-up.
- We strive for continuous service but are not liable for outages caused by technical or force majeure reasons.
10. Intellectual Property:
All content, logos, and designs in the app are exclusive property of Bayti Fix and may not be used without written permission.
11. Account Termination:
The customer may terminate their account at any time. Bayti Fix may also suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
12. Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to update these terms and will notify you in-app of any material change. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law:
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
